On April 11 in Milan, at Spaces Porta Nuova, Interlogica is presenting its speech focused on Artificial Intelligence and chatbots within the event “Data + Experience. How to improve your recruiting process”, co-organized with Neuvoo.

Neuvoo is a search engine for job advertisements with over 25 million positions available in more than 60 countries, which has become successful as one of the largest sources of employment in the world. Their mission is to centralize all the jobs available on the WEB, regardless of whether they come from careers websites, recruitment agencies or corporate notice boards.

How has recruitment changed over the years? How to optimize research and selection costs? What is the best source of candidates? How to take full advantage of online resources? These are the questions raised in the context of this event, which highlights the new laws, new tools and challenges that make recruiters’ day-to-day work more and more complex. Divided into two blocks, “employer” and “employee”, morning time will be dedicated to the employers while the afternoon is going to give space to workers’ issues topics.

In a unique context in front of entrepreneurs and experts in the field, Lorenzo Lupato, Business Analyst at Interlogica, will speak in depth of “Chatbot: Artificial Intelligence applied to the recruiting process”. A bot, like our recruiter Lyza, which uses Natural Language Processing, the natural language centered on the intent, can increase the effectiveness of chatbots technology: evolving into a colloquial way of interacting, bots become true digital contributors.

The very next meeting on HR field development is set in Mestre (Venice) with Interlogica as organizer of a roundtable – in partnership with Alumni Ca’ Foscari – on May 28 at the Ca’ Foscari University Scientific Campus Via Torino.
