For its third edition, M.E.D. is supported by the City of Montegrotto and it will be hosted in the superb location of Villa Draghi. This edition of Management Evolution Days is also in partnership with Sirolli Associates, BtheOne Automotive and Cointelegraph Italy.
A social dinner kicks off the event on the evening of 2nd June and, during 3rd and 4th June there will be an in-depth analysis of the Trinity of Management® Method by Dr. Ernesto Sirolli, at the 17th-century palace kindly offered by the City of Montegrotto.
For its entire duration, M.E.D. sees a change of city. It will move to the breath-taking scenario of Villa Draghi, a beautiful villa located at the slope of Monte Alto. It is also a step away from Venice, which can be seen during clear days from its balconies. Also, the presence of Venice can be found everywhere in the villa: you just need to look at the decorative inspiration for the bird-nest architecture, inspired by Doge’s Palace, a real gothic masterpiece.
M.E.D. is open to entrepreneurs, freelance professionals, and employees who want to better understand how decision-making works inside businesses.
Dr. Ernesto Sirolli is one of the most important world consultants on economic development and his appraised methodology, developed in the last 35 years, has 10 important lessons and, at the same time, it dismantles what we all know about traditional entrepreneurship like: “You weren’t born an entrepreneur but you can become one”, or “You can understand how to run a business learning all the single actions that need to be implemented from the inside”.
Such analysis gives participants awareness of their own actions and ability to make business decisions. They can finally have a name for concepts and abstract theories which allow rethinking the way to make business.
