The Agile Venezia Meetup opens the season of events 2019 featuring “Agil-mente” on January 18th.
The Agile mindset is the focus of this 5th edition through the speeches of three guests who surround the world of coaching and training: Daniela Rinaldi, Pierpaolo Cimirro and Tiziano Interlandi.

To welcome participants and speakers, the now famous cocktail reception to start networking in the spirit of agility. The role of leading the first dance is entrusted to Daniela Rinaldi, Senior Consultant and Senior Scrum Master, with the speech “Agile for Design: the Agile development of physical products” to deepen the management of projects – non-software – with agile methodologies mixed with Lean, over design and development of physical products.
Following Pierpaolo Cimirro and Tiziano Interlandi, both Agile Evangelists for Italian Agile Movement, with a two-voice speech “Cerved Agile Transition” that emphasizes the difficulties and problems encountered in the path of “agilization” of Cerved for bring a testimony to those who are making this trip and are likely to stop at the first obstacles.
At the end of the speeches, Q&A room for the audience, to address doubts with agility.
The Meetup has an informal spirit and is open to all those who already know Agile and want to deepen it, and as well to those who want to start to understand what it actually is. Agile is applicable to all business functions, with the necessary measures and adaptations, and Interlogica with this cycle of meetings continues to deepen this culture in all its “not only software” facets.
