Interlogica S.r.l., with registered office in Venice, Via Miranese 91, is the data controller of personal data collected under and for the purposes of EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR).

Personal Data and Navigation Data

In compliance with Interlogica S.r.l.’s commitment to protecting personal data, we inform you about the methods, purposes, scope of communication and dissemination of your personal data and your rights in accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR.

1 – CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY THE DATA CONTROLLER
In order to provide you with the services offered by its websites, Interlogica, as the data controller, must process some personal data necessary for the provision of the services.
These data may be provided implicitly by the tools used to access and use the services, or may be provided explicitly by you.
Interlogica may process the following categories of user personal data:

  • Technical navigation data related to the IP address, identification codes of the devices used by the user to access the site or services, and browser characteristics.
  • Common identification data provided by the user (e.g. name, surname, email, phone number, etc.) for the request of materials or services.
  • Curriculum vitae attached in response to our job offers.

2 – PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
The data and cookies received from you will be processed by Interlogica solely with the necessary methods and procedures to provide you with the requested services and for the further purposes for which you have given your consent.
Only with your express consent, the data may be used for statistical analysis.
At the date you read this Notice, Interlogica uses the data for marketing purposes or commercial activities. The aforementioned data is not provided to other companies.
We inform you that some activities may be carried out through providers, specifically appointed as data processors, also resident outside the European Union.

The legal bases of the purposes described above are the fulfillment of your request as a data subject (in execution of the contract between the parties) and the consents you have given.

Your personal data may be processed in the following ways:

  1. by electronic computers using software systems managed by third parties;
  2. creation of profiles relating to customers, suppliers or consumers;
  3. collection of data through IT or telematic means.

Each processing takes place in compliance with the methods set out in Articles 6, 32 of the GDPR and by adopting adequate security measures.

3 – DISCLOSURE, COMMUNICATION, AND DATA ACCESS
Your personal data will not be disclosed, but may be communicated to third parties (such as third-party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies) appointed, if necessary, as data processors by Interlogica for tasks of a technical or organizational nature instrumental to the provision of services.
Access to data is also allowed for categories of Interlogica personnel involved in data processing organization (administrative, commercial, marketing, customer service, system administrators).
The updated list of Data Processors may always be requested from the Data Controller.

4 – DATA TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE EU
Your personal data will normally be processed by Interlogica within the European Union territory.
If for technical and/or operational reasons it is necessary to use entities located outside the European Union, or it is necessary to transfer some of the collected data to technical systems and cloud services located outside the European Union area, the processing will be governed in accordance with Chapter V of the Regulation and authorized based on specific decisions of the European Union. Therefore, all necessary precautions will be taken to ensure the total protection of personal data, basing such transfer on: a) adequacy decisions of third-country recipients expressed by the European Commission; b) adequate guarantees expressed by the third-party recipient pursuant to Article 46 of the Regulation; c) adoption of binding corporate rules.

5 – DURATION OF PROCESSING AND PERSONAL DATA RETENTION
Interlogica, in accordance with Article 5.1 e) of the GDPR, will process the data provided by you for the entire duration of the requested services and will retain them for 12 months thereafter for the purpose of completing administrative activities, as well as for the time necessary to comply with any legal obligations.

7 – DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
Interlogica guarantees you the right to exercise at any time the rights provided for by Art. 12 of the GDPR. In particular, you have the right:

  • To know whether the data controller holds and/or processes personal data concerning you and to have full access to it, including obtaining a copy (Art. 15 Right of Access);
  • To have incorrect personal data rectified or incomplete personal data completed (Art. 16 Right to Rectification);
  • To have personal data canceled by the data controller if one of the reasons provided by the GDPR applies (Right to Erasure, 17);
  • To ask the data controller to restrict processing to certain personal data, if one of the reasons provided by the Regulation applies (Art. 18 Right to Restriction of Processing);
  • To request and receive all your personal data processed by the data controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or to request its transmission to another controller without hindrance (Art. 20 Right to Data Portability);
  • To object, in whole or in part, to the processing of data for the purpose of sending advertising material and market research (the so-called Consent) (Art. 21 Right to Object);
  • To object, in whole or in part, to the processing of data in an automatic or semi-automatic manner for the purpose of profiling (the so-called Consent).

You can exercise these rights by communicating with the data controller whose contact details are indicated in the previous Art. 6.
The data provided by you during the recruitment and selection process will be processed exclusively for the purpose of evaluating the prerequisites for a possible future employment relationship with Interlogica s.r.l. Such data will not be in any way transferred, leased or shared with third parties. The management and storage of personal data will take place on physically operational infrastructures at the headquarters of Interlogica s.r.l. and in any case within the Italian territory.
