Cookie Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026. This policy explains which cookies and similar tools the website www.interlogica.it uses, why it uses them and how you can decide. It is the English version of the Italian Cookie Policy; if the two differ, the Italian version prevails.

Data controller: Interlogica S.r.l. Società Benefit, Via Banchina dell’Azoto 15, 30175 Venice (VE), Italy – [email protected]. Data Protection Officer (DPO): [email protected]. For the processing of personal data in general, see the Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser; similar tools (such as the browser’s local storage or third-party scripts) do similar things. They are used to make the site work, to remember your choices or to produce statistics on how pages are used. There are first-party cookies (set by this site) and third-party cookies (set by other services embedded in the pages).

What this site uses

The site is made of static pages: there is no registration, login or profiling, and we do not use advertising cookies. In detail:

1. Technical tools (no consent required)

  • Storing your cookie choice – an entry in the browser’s local storage (key il_consent) that remembers whether you accepted or declined statistics cookies, so that the banner is not shown again on every page. First party; it stays until you delete it from your browser or change your choice.
  • Google Fonts – the site’s typefaces (Noto Serif JP, Noto Sans) are loaded from Google’s servers (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). Loading them sends your IP address to Google, but sets no cookies. Google Fonts privacy information.

2. Statistics cookies (only with your consent)

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) – it lets us understand, in aggregate form, how many people visit the site, which pages they read, from which country and on which device. We use it to improve content and navigation. Google Analytics 4 does not record the full IP address, and we do not use it for advertising or share the data with other Google services for advertising purposes (the related consent settings are always set to “denied”). Third-party cookies: _ga (13 months), _ga_* (13 months). Google Privacy Policy · How Google Analytics handles data.

How consent works. On your first visit a banner appears with two buttons: Accept and Decline. The Google Analytics script is loaded only if you choose Accept; if you decline or make no choice, no data is sent to Google and no statistics cookie is set. You can change your mind at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page: the banner appears again and your new choice replaces the previous one.

3. Third-party services embedded in the pages

Some pages embed content or forms from other services. When you open those pages, your browser connects to the provider’s servers, which may set their own cookies according to their policy:

  • HubSpot (HubSpot Inc., servers in the EU – eu1 region) – the newsletter sign-up form in the footer of every page and the e-book download forms in the Resources section. The data you enter in the forms is sent to HubSpot, which stores it on Interlogica’s behalf as a CRM; the form may set HubSpot cookies. HubSpot Cookie Policy · HubSpot Privacy Policy.
  • Vimeo, SlideShare, Giphy – videos, presentations and animated images embedded in individual blog posts. Vimeo · SlideShare (Scribd) · Giphy.

How to manage cookies from your browser

Besides the banner and the “Cookie preferences” link, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings: Chrome · Firefox · Safari · Edge. To disable Google Analytics on all websites you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Your rights

You can exercise the rights set out in Articles 15–22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) by writing to [email protected], and you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.gpdp.it). This policy is drawn up under the GDPR, the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003) and the Garante’s cookie guidelines of 10 June 2021; we will update it if the tools used by the site change.
