HIREBOP: RECRUITING IS EASY

Read moreDigital Transformation is not just a matter of technology or strategic vision: it is a challenge that involves everyone in an organisation.

The future of HR is tied to the use of new smart technologies. In organisations, however, these must go hand in hand with a culture that keeps in mind what must always be at the centre of every process: people.
People is king: it is people who define the values of an organisation, not the other way round. With this approach we designed and developed a suite of tools dedicated to HR.
This suite of digital products improves processes through:

Big Up! is the tool for recognising skills and peer feedback between colleagues.
Give virtual tokens for excellent work or for a smile on a difficult day.
Merit is the new KPI!

More than just an ATS. Hirebop is a platform that saves you time and improves communication with candidates.

At Interlogica the focus is on individuals and relationships before processes and tools.
We welcome change, the engine that drives us to explore uncharted territory, which is why people are not a “resource” for us, but our greatest “investor”.
We have transformed the way we work, building every day methods that help us keep pace with an ever-changing market, inspired by the values of the Agile Manifesto.
The ideal mix for facing the challenges of our century is based on the combination and mutual contamination of two components: technology and human beings.

The Human Resources research project was the result of a collaboration between Interlogica and CWI, with the support of ADS – Amsterdam Data Science, to investigate the ethical implications of technological tools in this field.
CWI – Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica is a leading research centre in mathematics and theoretical computer science based in Amsterdam.
The collaboration had two goals:
1. to develop a set of network-based metrics to classify employees taking several aspects into account;
2. to develop a set of network-based metrics to identify the spread, frequency and distribution of interactions across the company.
The research aimed to identify possible ethical issues at company level.

Technology has radically changed the way employees and companies work, reinventing and improving processes and systems across many industries.
HR is no exception. HR Tech has grown exponentially, especially in the last few years. Organisations, starting with the largest ones, are adopting HR Tech software for their human resources departments. Companies that use People Analytics make faster, better-targeted decisions and become more competitive in the market.
