It has been officially announced the incorporation of Interlogica T2 srl as part of Interlogica srl. The merger was approved and the inclusion was also finalized in the Companies House register.
Such decision is just a part of a bigger project where new reorganizational objectives have been identified to make sure Interlogica has a simpler structure and that costs can be therefore optimized.
The incorporation of the Milanese company, is a historical moment for Interlogica, since it has now become a strategic outpost on the Italian financial market.
