A figure that speaks for itself: 88.5%

In February 2026, ChooseMyCompany ran a job satisfaction survey among the people of Interlogica: voluntary, anonymous, with no obligation to answer.

88.5% chose to take part.

That number is the result we hold on to, not as a milestone to show off, but as a real measure of how we work here, of how much people feel part of something worth talking about, even anonymously, even without any obligation.

The certification that followed – Interlogica is officially recognised by ChooseMyCompany as a good place to work for the period March 2026–2027 – is a consequence of that figure: external confirmation of something that was already visible from the inside.

We are not celebrating the certificate. We are taking note of the participation, and we know that this number can only be maintained by continuing to work the way we have worked so far: with attention to people, to processes and to the quality of everyday work.
