INTERLOGICA’S VISION
Interlogica is currently working on a blockchain based application for the energy sector working with a major utility player in the Italian market.
Interlogica is going beyond the already defined applications of blockchain for microgrids by enlarging the scope of this technology by designing a cross-wallet solution for multiutility platform (payment, loyalty program management, and contract) for microgrids (P2P transaction among prosumers) and EV charging stations (smart payment solutions, wallet assigned to vehicles). These innovations will be implemented using a blockchain technology focused on tracking and securing huge numbers of transactions (payments, exchange of energy, loyalty points and compensation for energy production), data about payments, energy consumption and production.
Our blockchain solution allows different groups (assumed as groups of private prosumers, utilities or even aggregates of utilities) of users to manage transactions and data in a shared way, with policies that track the different responsibilities within the group.
Through our solution, we are going to deploy smart contracts for the registration and dynamic verification of the actual execution of contracts (acquisition of data on consumption, production and financial microtransactions) among different users and IoT applications, such as smart meters.
These solutions will be realized using custom platforms for specific regional/national realities, considering the different peculiarities of prosumers habits in consumption and production of energy and the different utilities’ business models.

The team behind this platform includes Gianni Bozzacchi, former personal photographer of Elizabeth Taylor and CEO of Triworld Italia, a company that teams many international stars within the American film industry, and Bruce Sheridan, Chair of Cinema Art and Science at the Columbia College of Chicago.
